you can only get a fax replacement once every 6 months. You misplaced your medical certificate twice in that short a time? Where the heck do you keep it?
When I called Oklahoma city the woman there told me they can only fax a copy once per exam, she told me in order to get a medical faxed to me I would have to get a new medical exam w/ a AME even tho it had been over 12 months since I had a fax sent to me.
