I suspect a lot of 320 guys leaving and going to bigger metal. I've run into and had lots of deadheading 320 guys and they're kind of angry that they've lost their good long haul trips. They said everything is becoming the shuttle, florida runs, or atlanta runs. One Captain told me, I left my regional company because of this crap.

Oh, and of course that sidestick thing is crap.
