Question about replacing RJs. If we can't find a 100 seater we like, why don't we start going back to multiple stop flying on mainline equipment? Instead of a CRJ700 or 200 flying BTR-ATL and JAN-ATL, we have an 88 that goes BTR-JAN-ATL. Thats one less bird for ATC to deal with. 1 less gate. 1 less income source for SKW, OH or an RAH/Frontier/Midwest/Whoever Else. We could even leave an engine running to decrease turn times.
I couldn't imagine it'd be hard to sell seats like that. SWA does it. so it can't be that hard.
