23.66 requires the airplane to have single engine performance computed somewhere. Doesn't mean it has to make part 25 performance numbers, but it has to be determined at the least.
23.67 also requires single engine performance that must be there.
I'm sure it's in there somewhere. What are you looking for exactly? I might not fully understand what you're looking for. What single engine performance "issue" are you trying to figure out?
