A certain agency(s) (with a head employee from the sub-continent) was taking HALF of what the real salary was. When I was told the pay of a certain position of was stunned, then I laughed at him as I hung up the phone.
Sad part is, there are certain groups of pilots from the islands of the Pac Rim that would jump at that pay.

Sorry to be the one to bring this to your attention but the state of the industry right here in the good'ol US of A has made the American pilot "the migrant cheap labor" of the world aviation market. I'm sure the thousands of resumes from US pilots has nothing to do with the degradation of T&C's right? there aren't enough pilots in the Islands and the Pacific rim combined to crew a small company in China, give me a break
