I heard back in a little over 3 weeks, but I stayed on top of my employers, and actually went and got the paperwork out of the fax machine at my current employer. Then I took it to the Chief Pilot, where I waited for him to fill it out. Then I took it to the HR guy, who pulled my checkride records, and watched him fax it to Eagle. When Eagle called about something else they needed, I had it to them within the hour. Stay on top of the paperwork trail and you will get a quick response, assuming the Captain's review board meets that week!

I was very impressed with the way Eagle handled everything.
