Isn't it a federal offense to disobey a crewmember in the performance of their duty and isn't it a requirement that all electronics be in the "off" position for takeoff and landing? As long as the rules require devices to be off, the feds need to enforce them, they should go after this guy trying to get his 15 minutes of fame.
