I think that depends on the unit. I was at OTS with another Reservist that was paid full per diem, while I was paid partial...something like $20 a day for the three months. Not a bad little bonus at the end, especially when you weren't expecting it.
My bad. I didn't catch that he was in the Reserves. My comment was related to active duty.
