The comments come across as very arrogant and from atop the high horse. Sadly, our reputation among other pilot groups is exactly that.

SWA has a lot of momentum going their direction. I hope our company can truly learn from the SWA model of employer-customer appreciation-service relationship. This is a wake up call to everyone that we must continue to be the best at what we do. And we need to get over this N vs. S crap -- something which we're all guilty of.
