Couldnt you just CASS on AA, Continental, United, etc over seas and pay for the taxes? I'm sure they would put you in a seat anyway, considering most transatlantic flights always have spare room (esp in First, where nobody wants to pay those astronomical prices). What is the difference between doing this and getting your yearly roundtrip pass on Delta overseas? Is the annual overseas trip a guaranteed seat or something? Is that the difference? Forgive me, I'm trying to understand why you wouldn't be able to go to Europe on multiple occasions in one year (no jokes about scheduling please

)
