PBS is great IMO you get to choose what you want and not get stuck with stuff you don't. Some people have other things to say about it, but if you know how to use the system you can get a very nice line. Just for the record I was hired a few months ago and I never sat 1 day on reserve I got a line out for training worth 92 hours with 30 hour overnights in San Fran and YVV
