This thread is about a few multi-million milers/DL Plats who were invited to be gate agents in ATL for a few hours. As a long ago Gold Medallion, I used to know a few of them on-line. Their commentary is about what gate agents face on a daily basis is pretty neat.

Wow, that's actually a really good idea. I had no idea we were doing that. I've always thought that being a gate agent is one of the most thankless jobs around.
I know that after just 2 minutes at the podium -- while I'm checking my schedule or Travelnet -- and answering stupid questions, I'm ready to throttle somebody.
