Wouldn't the new hire SWA pilots, say in January, be at the bottom of the SLI beneath all AAI pilots?

FWIW, the Delta pilots hired after the merger was announced were not ratioed in, they were put at the bottom. All of us above that cut off were ratioed in on our overall %.
