Sadly, in your zeal to do both of the above (do you spend a lot of time in front of the mirror ?), you saw this as about STAYING at a regional vs. being a current Eagle F/O dealing with a lot of misfortune. Two totally different points. Actually, you just saw this as an opportunity for insult. The point was about the plight of current Eagle F/O's not ANOTHER post for you to hijack for self-giddying purposes. If you're a representation of the typical UAL pilot, I feel sorry for the CAL guys. Actually, I'm confident I could buy and sell you over 2-3 times. My other businesses combined bring in twice my regional pay (100K +) and have been for 15 years. I'll match your "six figure settlement" with a 7 figure net worth (and not just barely).
