Of course the US Air guys want DOH. That will screw all of the AW guys and line-their-pockets the best. They want to brush over the fact that they were acquired! Their jobs were saved. Yet they are willing to throw the AW guys under the bus to save their own standard of living. Pathetic in a profession where we pretend to have commeradery(sp?).

There is a solution out there that the arbitrator will impose but if the two groups got together without trying to screw the other group, they would have give-and-takes and a lot happier work environment and future.

Think about a nasty divorce. The lawyers are the ones making the money and it's in their best interest to keep you fighting. The Judge/Arbitrator doesn't really care. The longer the divorce goes on, the harder it will be to get along with the EX.
