Thanks for the encouragement im at 800/60 right now CFI/CFII/MEI begging scraping and clawing away to get hours just keeping my fingers crossed that the school im at stays open long enough to get there. seems like every month as of late has been a slow one.... its sure is fun though

Relax...your time will come. I was like that one year and half ago. Just remember do your PIC time (at least 1,000hrs PIC). Don't hurry the process, because you don't want to be stuck in the right seat for life. Just be sure to be at the minimums by 2012 when the boom starts.
Try to find if you can a Part 135 VFR ops...and combine it with the flight instruction. (that's how I did it and I'm just waiting the final call for Eagle) Work hard, stay out of trouble with the FAA, enjoy every experience you can get, stay IFR proficient, even if you're flying VFR if you can shoot an approach do it and you'll see results at the end. I know the hardest part is to find ME students!

This are my flight times if you're wondering... 1,300/115, CFI/CFII/MEI/ 135 experience/ NO TRANSPORT CAT or multi crew experience.
