CALL the county health department and report it.
If it is not reported to them, it never happened and the evidence to an infestation will be covered up. At that point, good luck in getting reimbursement for any damages i.e. luggage, home exterminationg, doctors bills, lost pay, etc.
Just to add....if the management gives you any crap or is less than helpful. grab a salt shaker, empty it, collect a few of the bugs and place them inside of the shaker.
They make a great visual when dealing with the hotel management, particularly if there are other guests nearby. Additionally, the evidence comes in handy later if needed. My favorite was when they told me that what was in the shaker were not bed bugs.
I replied that since they were the lodging experts and were most likely right, then I'd let these little critters loose on their nice lobby couches or perhaps somewhere back upstairs near where I found them.
Got their attention quickly.
