Defo Cologne.

Interestingly (or not) they have one of the sculptures that tops the spires on the ground at the front of the 'Dom'. It is about 10feet tall and puts the scale of the building into perspective.

Several nice 'bier kellars' in the 'alt stadt ' (old town) nearby as well - as I know only too well!
