I voted "yes" as a very junior RJ FO. I have personal insight into how Chip works and I can tell you he won't give anything else and he is not going to get any "message." I don't like the pay package but the fact is when a non-union pilot group gets an offer from the company we don't have much say. I appreciate what SAPA does for us in getting it to where they did and my yes vote came because I honestly believe that it was the best we could get in our position. I hope I am wrong.
