The pilot pay negotiations in the major section sums what gutless bunch of weaklings most of you are pretty accurately. The few of you who are worth your salt are grossly outnumbered.

If you're going to dog ALPA you need to sight their flaws. Clearly the CAPA & independent unions are doing so much better. How are those awesome rates USAPA have got their pilots? How about APA? When is the last time they have negotiated a raise for their members? SWAPA managed to bring their rates somewhat close to pre bankruptcy rates, but they are still considerably less. UPS got their rates once ALPA negotiated new rates for FedEx. AirTran bailed out to ALPA after years of failure from their previous union.
