For anyone flying in and out of Japan, how is your company complying with the MEL requirements of JCAB Art. 20, which defines non-deferrable equipment for foreign (i.e. US) airlines?
There is relief available, but there are also fines for the PIC and the airline, if that relief is not officially approved. How does your company communicate compliance?
