Now Colgan throws a wrinkle because they are so much more junior by hire date, ALPA has an algorithm already established on how to handle this, because of Colgans relative seniority number, they won't be hosed, and all the Colgan guys are going to reap the benifits of having a better contract with better work rules and better pay.
And the Colgan FOs at 60% seniority (who could've applied to PNCL but chose Colgan instead) are now hosed b/c they have to wait another 4 years for upgrade because of the old man uninformed "date of hire" argument.
