If the 400/777 pay banding issue is
holding up the JCBA progress, then it is a primary concern for every pilot, especially those on furlough. Would we not want it resolved soon so we can return?
The real positions and concerns on BOTH sides are SLI issues, not the extra pay for the 400 guys. Yes, the 400 is a great aircraft, and I hope we can ALL have the opportunity to fly it. The sooner our MEC's can resolve this the better. There are still 1437 more recalls that need to happen.
Lets keep the SLI cat fight away from the JCBA.
Relative seniority does not protect our jobs, scope does. JCBA = SCOPE.
Lets remove "Operated by ..." from all future United Airlines flights.
