JFO and above.......
HK$24,000/mth
These are known as "base rates"...this is the amount you can take as cash in lieu of rental allowance, if you choose.
RENTING
As an SO, if you want to Rent, CX will pay HK$29,500 per month (US$3800)
FO:
Year 1-7 HK$59,000/mth (US$7600)
Year 8+ HK$75,900/mth (US$9800)
Capt:
HK$92,700/mth (US$11,900)
BUYING:
If you choose to buy a property in HK then CX will pay your mortgage at:
HK$59,000 - $63,000/mth (US$7600 - US$8100)

I can confirm that your numbers are accurate, just double checked them now. Hope that clears things up a bit. The cash option is available should one decide they did not want to have to provide a lease or mortgage to the company.
