When they finally do offer a contract that is just short of reasonable, He'll tell you, "Vote Yes! We'll make it up next time." He will allow his MEC to marginalize every perk and friction point of your contract with side letters and LOAs and never say a single word. He will have pay stolen from him at every turn and never file a single pay claim for his whole career, because he never reads the contract and really doesn't even understand how they steal from him.

Worst of all, he will make decisions for his entire crew using his philosophy without ever considering the input they try to give.
