We voted the package down, that was a huge hurdle for this pilot group. And if you guys want us to become union then you'd be smarter to act cordially than play high schoolesque games like name calling and intimidation. Many of us want a union for this pilot group and right now it seems like ALPA is the only game in town.

The success of our (3) pilot group depends on cohesiveness and unity so why are XJT guys still name-calling and bashing on SkyWest? All of us know that fostering this animosity only benefits management and the non-union guys here. There are a ton of guys on the fence about ALPA and right now, many posters on APC aren't really helping the cause.
