Well, it's interesting he told you that. That is certainly more than we as a pilot group have ever been told. Whenever someone brings up the kinds of percentage increases we would need for restoration, someone else (usually a big Moak defender) pops up to say how unrealistic it is. That, along with the complete lack of communication of any objective, sure makes it seem different from what you were told.
The problem is that we don't know what Moak meant with regard to restoration:
Did he mean pay rate restoration?
Did he mean scope restoration?
Did he mean pay rate restoration paid for by additional scope sales?
Did he really mean anything he said?
