I've always liked Yahoo over ESPN. Yahoo has a list of all the eligible players before the draft, and you are able to click and drag those players to make your own personal list and rank them in your preference of choice. If you aren't able to be there in person doing it online is very user friendly. If you already have your list made the computer will automatically go down your list, and if you run out the computer picks the next available player for whatever you need. For the ranking it keeps track of everything, so your ranking is based on your wins, then divisional wins and finally based on total points is there are any ties.

I've also noticed that you get a little more points based on their point system compared to ESPN. I have a few players that are in both systems and it seems that the same player in the Yahoo system gets a few more points then the same player in the ESPN system.
