From what I have noticed it's not always automatic like someone else said. Check your rest info in icrew to make sure you are released and if not, call.

What Flamer said. It's in one of the more recent LOA's. Something to the effect of:
"Along call pilot MAY be released at noon the day prior to a day off. A long call pilot WILL be released at noon the day prior to a hard day off (ie golden day, MLOA, vacation, etc".
