Pay is the least of their concerns if this TA has 84 seat scope relief. I would hope that if positive labor relations is still going to be the in thing at the "new SWA" that the company would have swiftly removed that abomination because I don't think the SWA pilots will take too kindly to it.
Should only be an issue if the merger falls through. If all goes well, we won't have to worry about any sub-contracting of our flying. And SkyWest can say "adios" to their deal with AirTran, too.
