That IMHO is a flat out safety issue. Its a matter of time before it causes an incursion due to missed transmissions, etc. New deliveries have the issue fixed so its purely a money thing. Record profits, it would be a cheap fix, and one accident cancells out millions of years worth of "costs" for fixing it.
If that buzz can distracts you that much, please find another line of work......
