He/She didn't specifically state that he/she personally would be hired, just that it would be good to get hiring going at mainline, instead of more regional jobs. I am in full agreement, if it means I lose my job this year and every single route I use to fly is now flown by mainline, I am all for it. Why fight what is good for the pilots in this business?
