Just because some LCA says something, doesn't make it policy. They have to be able to back that up in writing. Does anyone know where it might be stated in writing?

Carl, I don't know about other fleets, but the WDR Bulliten for the 88 does say that the performance checklist
can not be completed till after the completion of the afterstart checklist.
I don't have the bulliiten with me. Maybe someone does....
