Don't count on it until we have substantially more airplanes. They won't pull planes out of FLL to fill it (they need more to fill the current frequency voids we have now) and it'll take more than a couple of airframes out there to make a faraway base profitable (see: SJU base in 2008-09). FWIW, a buddy had Ben onboard last week and he queried about the West Coast base rumor; BBB's response was that it's possible but not for a few more years. Of course- logic now says to expect the Ontario vacancy bid at 4:59pm this Friday.
