Hiring After the New Year
To follow-up on what "Trip-7" said (who was sitting across from me in the same meeting), after the first of the year, all hiring for both XJT and ASA will be combined into one operation from ATL. They told us new hires will be assigned a domicile based on the needs of the combined company, XJT and ASA.
On a side note, they also told us that no decision on uniforms has been made yet, but strictly speaking from a financial stand point, they said it would be easier for ASA to go gold instead of making XJT go silver, since they out number us. Which is fine, but we told them we’re definitely not doing those tacky looking embroidered wings.
