What's even sadder, is that management can negotiate THEIR bonuses, incredible pay packages, benefits, etc., in RECORD time, but giving the employees ANYTHING is not important at all. When you have criminals getting three meals a day, a roof over their head, not having to worry about heating or cooling bills, free medical care, etc., and then can't afford to give medical insurance to a WORKING pilot for six months, a paycheck of more than $2100 a MONTH for the first year, but have no problem doling out $10,000,000 bonuses to people who CARE LESS about the little guys, something is definitely wrong. I too keep wondering why ALPA is never in a hurry to negotiate anything for us, and then when they finally do, it looks like swiss cheese................and they wonder why we're so unhappy...........
