What's even sadder, is that management can negotiate THEIR bonuses, incredible pay packages, benefits, etc., in RECORD time, but giving the employees ANYTHING is not important at all. I too keep wondering why ALPA is never in a hurry to negotiate anything for us, and then when they finally do, it looks like swiss cheese................and they wonder why we're so unhappy...........

That first year $30K salary bullsheet needs to go away! Not only is it embarrassing to me and a hardship to the new hire, it further highlights the I've got mine/screw you mentality that is so evident at CAL.
