Not having it is the wrong way to "stand out" in the interview. At least that's how it used to be.
Yeah, that makes sense. One would stand out by not having the FEX written.
I guess what I meant to say, and didn't do so clearly, is that one can wait for the CALL for the interview, then get the written done. Not the best logic, but for some, the call might not come within the next two years... by which time the written would be expired.
Anyway, get it done if your chances of interviewing are decent... Good luck!
