The most reasoned approach would be to use the pre JCBA pilot group conditions for the SLI. Is this not the point of of the ALPA plan? Get everyone paid, get new work rules, get all the furloughed back to work, then do the SLI. I thought the whole point was to keep the JCBA from affecting the SLI so we could work together to have the best contract in the industry.
