I THINK they are making an honest attempt not to displace anyone, but I don't think that's going to be possible unless they allow upgrades and transitions, along with transfers.

Even then, junior CA's might have to bid back to FO in order to stay where they want to be.

Bottom line this a raw deal for SKW and XJT pilots...

Any XJT people who think we are "stealing" your flying or actually "want" to be in IAH need a serious does of reality check. There's no growth involved, nobody is going to win except for a tiny handful of commuters who woke up one day and found out that their domicile just moved to their home town...
