I'll admit I prefer flying on jetblue then any other carrier. I'm a big fan of the live tv. I also like the blue chips lol. As far as working for them I don't know im not there yet, but being a passenger it's spoiled me. Hate not having a tv in front of me now. you bring up a good point-the view of the passenger - we call them customers. Over Thanksgiving not one flight went by without at least one new customer telling me after landing that they will never fly on any other airline again. It takes just one flight on JetBlue to turn people into believers.
Just imagine sitting in line at JFK at 6 pm for one hour prior to departure and NOT having a TV in front of you.
Those poor souls.
