This is CAL flying PERIOD. You are violating our scope provision by participating in this flying. For those of you contractually challenged this is a big no-no in the airline world.
So if I'm getting this right, you would purposely violate another carriers contract and just shrug your shoulder and say "oh well"????
Unfortunately for you guys, you're going to need rides on us a lot more than we need them on you and you ain't gonna be welcome on a good many CAL Captains Jumpseats.
Again, Good Luck with that and maybe one-day you'll undertstand what an enforceable contract is.
Then enforce your contract and put an end to it. Again the buck stops with you!
