It's still on my record. I am in the process of getting it expunged, as long as the Judge grants it. I have my fingers crossed. I haven't had so much as a traffic ticket since it all happened. And according to CA law, I don't have to report it. If it gets expunged, it'll be a part of Penal code 1203.4. California code 7287.4(d) says I am not required to say anything, and the employer is not allowed to ask.
