I don't have anywhere near as much a problem with a mainline employee boarding first as I do getting bumped for a mainline's kids (not traveling with the employee) or bumped by any retirees. That is what I find to be a pile of crap.
Explain to me why your 23 year old kid should board ahead of me when they are traveling on their own.
Explain to me why someone who worked 30 years for a benefit should have that benefit given away to someone who's company didn't even provide lift for the retiree's company when he retired?
You are entitled to your opinion but that's all. Go get on the junpseat and be thankful for that when you want to get to work. When it comes time to go on vacation buy a ticket if you want me to agree you should get on a flight ahead of me on my company.
