guys that got hired at CAL from XJT got to keep their board hire date for nonrev until recently when some crybaby that got hired from another regional started a movement saying it was unfair.

If you went from ASA to Delta and had to start your pass travel date over doesnt mean it should continue to be that way. Thats the same reason people give for keeping first year pay down.
