If your Jeff Smisek and his team, watching this showdown from afar, are you less or more itimidated by the pilots resilience and stubbornness?

I just wonder what they are thinking; Man, these guys are willing to go toe to toe for the slightest detail or Man, these guys are locking horns already? How much are we really going to have to pay em after all?
