You'll get your new pay rate like Denny says, but the amount of hours will be a pro-rata portion plus your training. In other words, if you go to training on the 15th of Dec and the ALV is 72 hours, you'll get (14/31)*72 plus 3:15 per day of training.
Hope that clears some things up. Sections 4.C and 22.7 address this.
