I'm all for improving things around here. I just tire of the "Your way sucks" tinged comments. Just like I'm sure you are. Neither way sucks, they both worked just fine for each pre merger company. With a new entity however, new ways are needed.

If Nosmo, or anyone, has an idea, then it needs to be addressed to those responsible for creating the mess. That would be management. You know, the former NWA managers you keep warning us about that took over the company.

I guess all I'm saying is that it's the delivery style used here to present ideas. You might want to work on that. And yes, I'll go take a comprehension class now!
