Do any of you guys remember, oh, about 10 years ago when a Captain was brought up on charges. He was charged with having SHOULD have know that his first officer was intoxicated while reporting for duty? The Captain had a B.A.C. of 0%, F/O was, well, over the limit. And the Captain was brought up on charges as well as the F/O. As I recall, the charges initially stuck. It happened at Chitakatwa (SP?), as I recall, but that may not be right....Can anybody help fill in the details???
