I emailed Crew and Parc a few weeks ago to ask about the Air Japan 767 FO contract. I do not quite meet the mins they "listed" but I figured I would ask. Both said that they hire folks with 737NG or A320 or equivalent experience. I too fly corporate and 135 charter and have a jet command TR and I don't qualify, guess it's off to the airlines for us!
If you do not meet the mins, your app won't be considered. The Japanese are very strict about their minimum requirements. I just wanted to make clear that the time on 737 or A320 is for direct entry captain, for F/O you only need a command type (regional jet is OK but no SIC Type) but you must have a background on airline operations, they won't look at corporate experience.
